Recently behavioral scientists have figured out that almost all dogs are equal in smarts to most two year old children. The report never said about cats because no doubt the cats refuse to take the test. Figures. Knowing cats they probably never even showed. Yet it doesn't matter, whether as dog owners or cat owners, we love them and want not only the best for them and to protect them to be our companions for as long as they may live.

We are willing to make sure they live a long, long time. In fact, we will do for them what we are not always willing to do for ourselves. Like for instance, to take our medicine, vitamins or to eat healthier meals. It breaks our hearts to even think of them suffering. I know people than spend more on their dogs more than they spend on their children.

Even a certain couple on the upper west side of Manhattan that gave their dog her own bedroom and full sized bed. I could only imagine what would happen if fleas ever hit their home or heaven forbid like some allot of Long Island homes that are hit by ticks and I can assure you it happens often. Or what about mice and rats invading your home and putting your pets in jeopardy in more ways than one.

The main difference between a two year old human baby and one of our forever "baby" cats and dogs, is that a human child can, for the most part, communicate something to us verbally however high pitched and loud that communication is. Then our human kids grow up and maybe eventually move away. And even though we love our children, want the best for them and want to protect them, our pets are our children for as long as they may live, they never leave us with an empty nest, they will live with us their entire lives, which makes it our automatic responsibility to protect them, especially in our home environment. It follows suit that as we humans are living longer and longer, so are our pets, which is truly a wonderful thing. And much of this has to do with our personal education on many different levels, one of them being home pest control and extermination which is the purpose of this webpage.

We want to assure you that at Beyond Pest Control we care about your pets almost as much as you do because we are pet owners ourselves. And we want for our cats and dogs the same things you do. Safety, health and long life. We could never even think of doing anything to jeopardize our pets and we feel the exact same way about yours.
